Limited Lifetime Warranty
Thank you for choosing Petopia. We are confident in the quality and performance of our products and are pleased to offer you a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects and certain product malfunctions.
Coverage:
Petopia warrants the "ImpossiPull" and "ZeroBark" (further known as "product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product from an authorized retailer.
Warranty Details:
Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Petopia will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during normal and intended use. If the product or any component is no longer available, Petopia reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Exclusions:
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
2. Misuse, abuse, or negligence, including improper installation, maintenance, or storage.
3. Accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product.
4. Use of the product for purposes other than its intended function.
5. Failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines.
Claim Process:
To make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact Petopia's customer support atΒ contact@petopia-na.com with the following information:
1. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) showing the date of purchase, product name, and authorized retailer.
2. Detailed description of the issue or defect.
3. Clear photographs or videos illustrating the issue.
Upon receiving your claim, our customer support team will review the information provided and may request additional details if necessary. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product. Please note that the cost of shipping the product to us will be your responsibility.
Petopia's Obligation:
Upon verifying the manufacturing defect or malfunction, Petopia will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. The repaired or replaced product will be covered under the remaining terms of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, or for the duration of 90 days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Petopia shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the products, even if Petopia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
